Are all masks the same size?
Our masks share one size: approximately 10 cm wide when folded in half and 12.5 cm high at the widest and tallest points. Fabric thickness may cause slight variations. These measurements do not apply to mask cases.
When will my order be dispatched?
Please allow approximately 7 business days for making and dispatch, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays. Orders are dispatched in production order. Please contact us before ordering during busy periods, for 10 or more items, or if you have a particular deadline. Delivery time is additional.
Can I machine wash or tumble dry my mask?
Hand wash and dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, soak or wring, to avoid colour transfer and damage to the stitching.
Can I choose the lining, embellishments or nose wire?
Options vary by product. Check the PSNY official store for current choices, prices and availability.
Do you ship to my location?
Available destinations, delivery charges and taxes are shown by the official store. Please check at checkout, or contact us before ordering if you have questions.
Is this a medical mask?
No. This is a fabric fashion mask, not a medical mask. It does not provide complete protection against infection or disease.
